I am receiving the emails notification when a client is near 80% of their bandwidth limit.
How often are these email sent out... I'm getting them every 6 hours. Is this normal or should it be every 24 hours. And also do the emails go to the client as well as the reseller? The reason I ask this is that I'm am also the client on this particular domain and I receive 2 email every 6 hours. |

Emails are sent once every 6 hours to the address you specify for each domain under List Account in WHM.

You can set email addresses for domains via WHM, not notifications.

Just to update: the server you're on is indeed configured to send bandwidth notifications every 6 hours when an account reaches 80 and 90% of its allotted bandwidth.
